摘要:
目的：了解青光眼患者的社会支持及心理状况，为开展心理干预提供科学依据。方法：随机抽取眼科确诊的128例青光眼患者，采用北京瑞格心理教育信息化管理系统V3.0社会支持评定量表(SSRS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)测评，生成的数据输入计算机自动转换处理，计算出标准分。结果：SSRS客观分31～50岁女性、41～50岁男性得分最高，40岁以前女性客观分高于男性，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01)。主观分31～60岁无性别差异(P＞0.05)，60岁以后差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01)。对支持的利用度60岁以前无统计学意义，60岁以后差异显著(P＜0.01)；SDS、SAS得分均超过全国标准常模，性别组差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)，年龄组30岁以前焦虑、抑郁程度轻于30岁以后。结论：青光眼患者60岁以上是提供社会支持、40岁以上是提供心理支持的重点人群。
Abstract:
Objective: To know social support and psychological status of glaucoma patients to provide scientific evidence for psychological intervention. Method: The patients proved with glaucoma were chosen 128 cases randomly from department of ophthalmology, all were tested with SSRS, SAS and SDS. The data were transformed automatically with computer and standardized score was calculated. Result: Scores of SSRS were the highest among women aged from 31 to 50 and men aged from 41 to 50, objective score of women less than 40 years were higher than men with statistical meaning(P＜0.01). Subjective scores showed no difference in gender among the people aged from 31 to 60 (P＞0.05), difference was remarkable compared with the people more than 60 years (P＜0.01). There was no significant difference in availability of support for the people less than 60 years while remarkable difference for the people more than 60 years (P＜0.01); scores of SDS and SAS were higher than national standard and no differences indicated between gender groups (P＞0.05), degree of anxiety and depression in people less than 30 years old were lighter than these more than 30 years. Conclusion: Glaucoma patients more than 60 years are key part to give social support and the patient more than 40 years are important persons to provide psychological support.
