摘要:
目的：观察中西医药物联合保守治疗输卵管妊娠的疗效及安全性。方法：将78例输卵管妊娠患者随机分为观察组、对照组各39例。对照组采用甲氨蝶呤、米非司酮治疗，观察组在对照组治疗的基础上加中药治疗，比较2组患者的临床疗效和安全性。结果：2组患者血清β-hCG恢复正常时间、腹部包块消失时间及有效率比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P＜0.05)；输卵管再通率、患者满意度观察组明显高于对照组(P＜0.05)。2组治疗费用相比，差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。结论：中西医药物联合保守治疗输卵管妊娠，疗效可靠，不良反应轻。
Abstract:
Objective: To explore curative effect and safety of conservative treatment for tubal pregnancy with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine. Method: Seventy-eight patients proved tubal pregnancy were randomly divided into observation group and control group on average. Control group were given with methotrexate and mifepristone, while observation group were also administered with herbs based on the treatment given to control group. Curative effects and safety of the patients were compared in both groups. Result: Comparison of both groups suggested statistical meaning in recovery time of serum β-hCG, extinction time of abdominal mass and effective rate (P＜0.05). Incidence of adverse reaction in observation group was lower than that in control group; recanalization rate and satisfaction degree were obviously higher than that of control group(P＜0.05). Comparison of costs between both groups showed no statistical meaning(P＞0.05). Conclusion: Integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in treating tubal pregnancy is effective with fewer side effects.
