摘要:
目的：观察沙美特罗替卡松联合益气养阴合剂治疗轻症及缓解期慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)的临床疗效。方法：将72例轻症及缓解期COPD患者随机分为观察组、对照组各36例。2组均给予沙美特罗替卡松吸入治疗，2次/d，连用3个月。观察组同时给予益气养阴合剂，50 mL/次，3次/d，连续服用3个月。观察2组治疗前后血氧饱和度、肺功能(SO2、PEF、FEV1)及咳嗽、咯痰、喘息等临床症状的变化。结果：临床控制率观察组为77.78%，对照组为61.11%，2组相比差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；总有效率观察组为94.44%，对照组为88.89%，2组相比差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。2组治疗后及停药2周后肺功能与治疗前相比均有改善(P＜0.05)，观察组改善较对照组显著(P＜0.05)。结论：沙美特罗替卡松联合益气养阴合剂治疗轻症及缓解期COPD临床疗效显著，且可较好地改善肺功能。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe clinical effect of salmeterol fluticasone and mixture of replenishing Qi and nourishing Yin in treating chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) at mild and remission stages. Method: Seventy-two patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group on average. Both groups received inspiration of salmeterol fluticasone for three consecutive months, twice each day. Observation group were administered with mixture of replenishing Qi and nourishing Yin, 50 ml each time, three times per day for three consecutive months. Degree of blood oxygen saturation, pulmonary function(SO2, PEF, FEV1), cough, expectoration and asthma were observed for both groups before and after the treatment. Result: Control rate of observation group was 77.78%, higher than 61.11% of control group with statistical meaning(P＜0.05); effective rate of observation group was 94.44%, superior to 88.89% of control group with statistical meaning (P＜0.05). There were improvements in lung function after the treatment for both groups and compared with that before the treatment(P＜0.05), in which improvements of observation group were more remarkable than that of control group(P＜0.05). Conclusion: Salmeterol fluticasone and mixture of replenishing Qi and nourishing Yin are effective in treating COPD at mild and remission stage as well as can improve lung function better.
