摘要:: 目的：观察伽玛刀同步化疗联合贞芪扶正颗粒治疗脑转移瘤的临床疗效。方法：将55例符合病例纳入标准的脑转移瘤患者随机分为观察组30例，对照组25例。2组患者给予伽玛刀同步化疗，观察组同时服用贞芪扶正颗粒。结果：平均生存期观察组为13.78个月，对照组为8.84个月，2组相比差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；肿瘤控制率观察组为95.71%，对照组为84.48%，观察组高于对照组（P＜0.05）；1年生存率对照组为44.00%，观察组为72.73%，2组相比差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：伽玛刀同步化疗联合贞芪扶正颗粒治疗实体肿瘤脑转移在延长平均生存期、肿瘤控制率及一年控制率方面疗效较好，无因毒副反应大而终止治疗的病例。

Abstract:: Objective: To observe clinical effects of gamma knife combined with chemotherapy and ZhenQi FuZheng granules in the treatment of metastatic encephaloma. Method: All 55 patients were randomly divided into 30 cases in observation group and 25 cases in control group. Both groups received gamma knife and chemotherapy at the same time, meanwhile observation group took ZhenQi FuZheng granules. Result: Average survival time of observation group was 13.78 months, higher than 8.84 months of control group with statistical meaning(P＜0.05); tumor control rate of observation group was 95.71%, higher than 84.48% of control group(P＜0.05). Survival rate in one year of control group was 44.00%, lower than 72.73% of observation group with statistical meaning(P＜0.05). Conclusion: Gamma knife combined with chemotherapy and ZhenQi FuZheng granules can obtain good effects in prolonging average survival time,tumor control rate and control rate for one year in treating metastatic encephaloma and there is no case stopping treatment because of big adverse reaction.
