摘要:
目的:运用高效液相色谱法,对不同地区中麻黄生物碱(包括盐酸麻黄碱和盐酸伪麻黄碱)含量进行比较分析。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,50 μm],流动相为V[乙腈]:V[0.02%磷酸水溶液]=4:96,流速1.0 mL/min,柱温30℃,检测波长210 nm。结果:四产地样品麻黄碱含量和伪麻黄碱含量有显著性差异(P<0.05),麻黄碱含量新疆>青海>甘肃>山西,伪麻黄碱含量新疆>甘肃>青海>山西,但其总含量无显著性差异,均符合药典总碱含量不少于0.8%的用药标准。结论:通过对不同产地麻黄进行生物碱含量分析,为麻黄药材的利用提供依据,有助于麻黄药材的标准化种植及质量控制。
Abstract:
Objective: To make comparative analysis on contents of ephedra alkaloid(including ephedrine and D-pseudephedrine) with HPLC. Method: HPLC was used, chromatographic column was C18(250 mm×4.6 mm, 50 μm), the mobile phase was V(methyl cyanide):V(0.2% ammonium dihydrogen phosphate solution)=4:96, flow rates was 1.0 mL/min, the temperature was 30℃, length of detection wave was 210nm. Result: The contents of ephedrine(P<0.05) and D-pseudephedrine in four samples from different habitats showed notable differences(P<0.05), contents of ephedrine ranked Xinjiang>Qinghai>Gansu>Shanxi, contents of D-pseudephedrine ranked Xinjiang>Gansu>Qinghai>Shanxi, but comparison of total contents suggested no remarkable difference and all samples met the standard that content of total alkalis was not less than 0.8% in Pharmacopeia. Conclusion: Analysis on contents of alkaloid in MaHuang from different habitats could provide evidence for the utilization of MaHuang(Ephedrae), helpful for standardized plant and quality control of MaHuang.
