消癥汤联合米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤60例

摘要:: 目的：观察消癥汤联合米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤的临床疗效。方法：将120例符合病例选择标准的子宫肌瘤患者随机分为观察组、对照组各60例。2组患者均于月经来潮前2～4天开始口服米非司酮药物治疗，1次/d，12.5 mg/d。观察组在此基础上加用消癥汤，1剂/d，水煎分服。2组均以治疗3个月为1个疗程。观察2组治疗前后促卵泡激素(FSH)、雌二醇(E2)、孕酮(P)、黄体生成素(LH)水平的改善情况及临床疗效。结果：治愈率观察组为36.67%，对照组为20.00%，2组相比差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。总有效率观察组为76.67%，对照组为66.67%，2组相比差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。FSH、E2、P、LH水平2组治疗后均明显改善，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；治疗后组间相比差异亦有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：消癥汤联合米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤临床疗效显著。

Abstract:: Objective: To observe clinical effects of XiaoZhengTang and mifepristone in treating hysteromyoma. Method: A total of 120 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 60 cases each group. Both groups began to take mifepristone at the second to fourth day before menstruation came, once per day,each day 12.5 mg. Observation group took XiaoZhengTang based on the treatment given to control group, one dose each day, taking twice after decocted. One session was three months, clinical effects and improvements including FSH, E2, P and LH were observed before and after the treatment. Result: Cure rate of observation group was 36.67%, higher than 20.00% of control group with statistical meaning(P＜0.05). Total effective rate of observation group was 76.67%, higher than 66.67% of control group with statistical meaning (P＜0.05). FSH, E2, P and LH improved more greatly obviously after the treatment, comparison between before and after treating showed statistical meaning(P＜0.05); comparison between both groups after treating demonstrated statistical meaning(P＜0.05). Conclusion: XiaoZhengTang and mifepristone can obtain notable effects in treating hysteromyoma.
