摘要:: 目的：观察三地益血汤联合西药治疗特发性血小板减少性紫癜(ITP)的临床疗效。方法：选择70例ITP患者，随机分为对照组和治疗组。2组均以胸腺肽80 mg+5% 葡萄糖(GS) 250 mL静脉滴注，1次/d；参麦注射液50 mL+5% GS 250 mL静脉滴注，1次/d；泼尼松，1 mg/(kg?d)，口服；氨肽素，5粒/次，3次/d；血小板＜30×109/L者给予环孢素A，30 mg/次，口服。治疗组在常规治疗的基础上给予自拟三地益血汤。2组均以治疗14天为1个疗程，治疗2个疗程后观察疗效。结果：总有效率治疗组为94.44%，对照组为85.29%，2组相比差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。2组均未见明显不良反应。结论：三地益血汤联合西药治疗ITP提高临床疗效，减少西药副作用。

Abstract:: Objective: To observe clinical effects of SanDi YiXueTang and western medicine in treating idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura(ITP). Method: All 70 patients with ITP were randomized into control group and treatment group. Both groups received 80mg of thymic peptide and 250mL of 5% glucose through intravenous drip, once per day; 50 mL of ShenMai injection and 250 mL of 5% glucose through intravenous drip, once per day; prednisone, 1 mg/(kg?d), oral; ampeptide elemente, five pills once, three times per day; ciclosporin A was given to the patient whose blood platelets were less than 30×109/L, 30 mg per day, oral. Treatment group took self-design SanDi YiXueTang. For both groups one session was 14 days and curative effects were observed after two sessions. Result: Total effective rate of treatment group was 94.44%, higher than 85.29% of control group with statistical meaning(P＜0.05). No adverse reaction occurred in both groups. Conclusion: SanDi YiXueTang combined with western medicine can improve clinical effects and reduce side effects of western medicine.
