摘要:
目的：观察标准旋牵手法治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法：将600例符合病例入选标准的椎动脉型颈椎病患者随机分为A、B、C3组，每组200例。A组应用标准旋牵手法治疗；B组应用旋转扳法治疗；C组应用颈椎牵引治疗。3组治疗均1次/周，4次为1个疗程。观察3组患者两侧椎动脉(VA)、基底动脉(BA)的收缩峰期血流速度(Vpeak)、舒张末期血流速度(Vmin)、搏动指数(PI)、阻力指数(RI)值。结果：总有效率A组为92.00%，B组为83.00%，C组为63.00%。3组总有效率两两比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。Vpeak、Vmin、PI、RI等血流参数治疗前后组内相比差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)，治疗后组间相比差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：标准旋牵手法治疗椎动脉型颈椎病疗效确切。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe clinical effects of normal rotation-traction manipulation in treating vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis. Method: Six hundred patients were randomly divided into A , B, C groups, 200 cases each group. A group received normal rotation-traction manipulation; B group were given with rotation manipulation; C group were administered with cervical traction. Once each week, one session was four times. VA, V peak of BA, V min, PI and RI were observed. Result: Total effective rate of A group was 92.00%, B group 83.00% and C group 63.00%, comparisons among three groups showed statistical meaning(P＜0.05). Comparison within one group before and after treating indicated statistical meaning in V peak, V min, PI, RI and others(P＜0.05). Comparison among three groups manifested statistical meaning(P＜0.05). Conclusion: Normal rotation-traction manipulation is an effective method for vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis.
