摘要:
目的：观察中药足浴联合艾灸预防腹腔镜术后腹胀的疗效。方法：将120例妇科腹腔镜术后患者随机分为观察组和对照组各60例，对照组按腹腔镜术后常规治疗，观察组在对照组基础上进行中药足浴联合艾灸治疗，观察2组患者肠蠕动恢复时间、首次肛门排气时间、术后听诊肠鸣音恢复时间及腹胀发生情况。结果：观察组患者术后肠蠕动恢复时间和肛门排气时间均短于对照组，2组相比差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。术后腹胀的发生率观察组为18.33%(11/60)，对照组为70.00%(42/60)，2组相比差异有统计学意义( χ2=32.475，P=0.000)。结论：中药足浴联合艾灸能有效促进肠蠕动恢复，预防腹腔镜术后腹胀的发生。
Abstract:
Objective:To explore the effects of lavipeditum with herbs and moxibustion in preventing abdominal distension after laparoscopic surgery. Method: A total of 120 patients with laparoscopic surgery in gynecology department were randomized into observation group and control group on average. Control group received routine treatment after surgery, while observation group were given with lavipeditum with herbs and moxibustion. States including recovery time of intestinal peristalsis, initialtime of expelling intestinal gas, recovery time of bowel sounds duringpostoperative auscultation, time of passing flatus and abdominal flatulence were observed. Result:Observation group were shorter than control group in recovery time ofintestinal peristalsis after surgery and time of passing flatus withstatistical meaning (P＜0.05). Incidence of abdominal flatulence in observation group was 18.33%, lower than 70.00% of control group with statistical meaning( χ2=32.475，P=0.000). Conclusion: Lavipeditum with herbs and moxibustion can effectively promote the recovery of intestinal peristalsis as well as prevent abdominal flatulence after laparoscopic surgery.
