摘要:
目的：探讨手法松解治疗创伤性跟腱腱围炎的临床疗效。方法：运用手法松解治疗创伤性跟腱腱围炎35例患者。结果：痊愈18例，占51.43%；基本痊愈9例，占25.71%；好转7例，占20.00%；无效1例，占2.86%。总有效率97.14%。结论：手法松解治疗创伤性跟腱腱围炎疗效显著。
Abstract:
Objective: To explore clinical effects of manipulation release in treating achilles tendonitis. Method: Thirty-five patients with traumatic achilles tendonitis were treated with manipulation release. Result: Eighteen cases were cured and occupied 51.43%; nine cases were basically recovered and reached to 25.71%; seven cases effective and 20.00%; one case ineffective and 2.86%. Total effective rate was 97.14%. Conclusion: Manipulation release is effective in treating traumatic achilles tendonitis.
