摘要:
目的：观察健胃清肠合剂对小鼠肠管运动及胃黏膜的影响。方法：采用炭末推进法观察健胃清肠合剂对小鼠肠管运动的作用；以该合剂高、中、低剂量组灌胃给药，分别观察小鼠排便状况及胃黏膜组织学变化；采用急性毒性实验观察小鼠半数致死量。结果：健胃清肠合剂各组均有增强小鼠肠蠕动作用，与甘露醇组比较有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；组织学观察各药物组未见明显的病理学改变；急性毒性实验小鼠致死量为13.95 g/kg。结论：健胃清肠合剂有明显促进小鼠肠管运动的作用，对胃黏膜无明显刺激作用，常规剂量用药安全。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe the effect of JianWei QingChang mixture on intestinal movement and gastric mucosa. Method: Function of JianWei QingChang mixture on intestinal movement of mice were observed with the propelling method of carbo medicinalis; the state of bowel movement and histological changes of gastric mucosa in mice were explored respectively after intragastric administration of large, medium, low dose of mixture; median lethal dose (LD50) of mice were studied through acute toxicity experiment. Result: Intestinal peristalsis of mice increased in JianWei QingChang mixture groups, it showed statistical meaning compared with mannitol group(P＜0.05); no obvious pathological changes was seen in different groups; lethal dose were 13.95 g/kg in acute toxicity experiment. Conclusion: JianWei QingChang mixture can promote intestinal movement of mice remarkably and has no irritation to gastric mucosa，regular dose is safe.
