穿山甲煎治疗外耳道痈肿50例临床观察-《西部中医药》

摘要:: 目的：观察穿山甲煎治疗外耳道痈肿的临床疗效。方法：将100例外耳道痈肿患者随机分为观察组、对照组各50例。2组患耳局部以2％碘酒消毒，75％酒精脱碘，以5 mL注射器从痈肿下极进针，抽液，最后以棉签压迫针孔数分钟，然后用无菌纱块加压包扎。观察组同时给予穿山甲煎剂，1剂/d，水煎分服，连服10剂。观察治疗前后2组患者耳闷塞感、听力下降、耳鸣、耳痛、耳流脓等临床症状、体征的变化情况及临床疗效。结果：治愈率观察组为64.00%，对照组为52.00%，2组相比差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。总有效率观察组为94.00%，对照组为82.00%，2组相比差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。耳闷塞感、听力下降、耳鸣、耳痛、耳流脓等症状、体征2组治疗前后组内相比差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)，治疗后组间相比差异亦有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：穿山甲煎治疗外耳道痈肿临床疗效显著，可较好地改善临床症状。

Abstract:: Objective: To observe clinical effects of ChuanShanJia Jian in treating circumscribed external otitis. Method: One hundred patients were randomly assigned into observation group and control group. Local ears were sterilized with 2% iodine tincture, deiodination with 75% alcohol, sucked with 5mL syringe, pressed with cotton swab for minutes and dressed with aseptic gauze. Observation group received ChuanShanJia Jian for ten consecutive days, one dose each day. Curative effects and changes of symptoms and body signs were observed before and after treating. Result: Cure rate of observation group was 64.00%, higher than 52.00% of control group with statistical meaning(P＜0.05). Total effective rate of observation group was 94.00%, superior to 82.00% of control group with statistical meaning (P＜0.05). Comparison between both groups before and after treating indicated statistical meaning in symptoms and body signs(P＜0.05), comparison between both groups after treating suggested statistical meaning(P＜0.05). Conclusion: ChuanShanJia Jian can improve clinical symptoms, effective in treating circumscribed external otitis.
