摘要:
目的：观察一次性胸腔穿刺导管闭式引流联合健脾利水方治疗胸腔积液的临床疗效。方法：将符合病例选择标准的200例胸腔积液患者随机分为观察组、对照组各100例。2组均给予一次性胸腔穿刺导管闭式引流治疗，观察组于入院之初即服用健脾利水方，连续服用15天。观察2组患者引流时间、住院时间、临床症状消失时间、临床疗效。结果：治愈率观察组为78.00%，对照组为56.00%，2组相比差异显著(P＜0.05)。总有效率观察组为96.000%，对照组为73.00%，2组相比差异显著(P＜0.05)。观察组引流时间、症状消失时间、住院时间均短于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：一次性胸腔穿刺导管闭式引流联合健脾利水方治疗胸腔积液临床疗效显著，且操作简便、安全、实用。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe curative effects of closed drainage with disposable thorax puncture catheter and JianPi LiShuiFang in the treatment for hydrothorax. Method: Two hundred patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group. Both groups were given with closed drainage with disposable thorax puncture catheter; observation group took JianPi LiShuiFang for 15 consecutive days when the patients were hospitalized. Drainage time, hospital days, disappearing time of symptoms and curative effects were observed in both groups. Result: Cure rate of observation group was 78.00%, higher than 56.00% of control group with significant difference (P＜0.05). Total effective rate of observation group was 96.00%, superior to 73.00% of control group with remarkable difference (P＜0.05). Observation group were shorter than control group in drainage time, disappearing time of symptom and hospital days(P＜0.05). Conclusion: Treating hydrothorax with disposable thorax puncture catheter closed drainage and JianPi LiShuiFang are effective and it's simple, safe and practical to operate.
