摘要:
目的：观察宫颈环形电切术(LEEP)联合中药治疗宫颈糜烂的临床疗效。方法：采用LEEP联合中药治疗符合病例选择标准的500例宫颈糜烂患者。结果：手术时间平均5.2分钟，Ⅰ度、Ⅱ度宫颈糜烂患者术中无出血，Ⅲ度宫颈糜烂术中出血量平均30 mL。术后6天内有阴道出血5例,有少量血性分泌物245例,持续5～7天，所有患者均无感染。治愈385例(77.00%)，显效80例(16.00%)，有效20例(4.00%)，无效15例(3.00%)，总有效率为97.00%。结论：LEEP联合中药治疗宫颈糜烂临床疗效显著。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe therapeutic effects of LEEP(loop electrosurgical excisional procedure) and herbs in the treatment for cervical erosion. Method: Five hundred patients were treated with LEEP and herbs. Result: Average surgical time were 5.2 minutes, no bleeding appeared during surgery in patients with cervical erosion of degree I and II, average amount of bleeding was 30mL during the operation in patients with III degree cervical erosion. Within six days after surgery vaginal bleeding was found in five cases and bloody secretion in 245 cases found at the sixth day after surgery, lasting five to seven days, all patients found no infection. 385 cases were cured (77.00%), 80 cases remarkably effective (16.00%), 20 cases effective (4.00%) and 15 cases ineffective (3.00%), total effective rate was 97.00%. Conclusion: LEEP and herbs are effective in treating cervical erosion.
