摘要:
目的：观察康复训练对髋关节置换术患者Harris评分、Barthel指数的影响。方法：将符合病例入选标准的100例需行髋关节置换术的患者随机分为观察组、对照组各50例。2组均给予常规护理，观察组在此基础上给予围手术期康复训练。观察2组患者术后1、3、6个月及术后1年Harris髋关节评分及Barthel指数。结果：Harris评分、Barthel指数2组术后1、3、6个月、术后1年与治疗前相比，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；2组术后组间相比，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：康复训练有助于提高髋关节置换术患者Harris评分、Barthel指数。
Abstract:
Objective: To investigate the effects of rehabilitation training on Harris scale and Barthel index of patients with hip replacement. Method: One hundred patients were randomly assigned into observation group and control group. Both groups received conventional nursing, observation group were also given with perioperative rehabilitation training. Harris scale and Barthel index were observed at the first, third, sixth and twelfth month after surgery. Result: Difference between the first, third, sixth and twelfth month after surgery and before treating suggested statistical meaning in Harris scale and Barthel index (P＜0.05); difference between both groups demonstrated statistical meaning after treating (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Rehabilitation training is helpful to raise Harris scale and Barthel index of patients with hip replacement.
