摘要:
目的：探讨封闭负压引流技术治疗骨筋膜室综合征的护理方法。方法：对30例骨筋膜室综合征患者实施切开减压封闭负压引流术，同时给予一般护理、心理护理、引流管护理、疼痛护理、患肢未梢血运护理、饮食护理等护理措施。结果：30例骨筋膜室综合征患者全部得到有效治疗，无1例发生创面感染。游离植皮表面再次使用负压治疗吸附垫覆盖后，植皮存活率100%，存活面积95%～100%之间。结论：一般护理、心理护理、引流管护理、疼痛护理、患肢末梢血运护理、饮食护理等护理措施有助于保护封闭负压引流技术后的创面，避免感染。
Abstract:
Objective: To investigate nursing method for osteofascial compartment syndrome with vaccum sealing drainage (VSD). Method: Thirty patients were decompressed with VSD and given with nursing. Result: All patients were cured and no infection occurred. Survival rate of grafting skin was 100%, survival area was from 95% to 100%. Conclusion: Nursing measures containing conventional nursing, psychological nursing, drainage tube nursing, aching nursing, nursing for blood circulation of limb extremities and dietary nursing are helpful in protecting of wound surface after VSD and avoiding pollution.
