摘要:
目的:探讨中药通脉生骨Ⅱ号方对实验性兔BGP及VEGF表达的影响。方法:将45只健康成年雄性新西兰大白兔随机分成空白组,模型组,对照组,汤剂组4组,观察治疗前后BGP及VEGF的表达。结果:各组BGP及VEGF值治疗前后有显著性差异。结论:通脉生骨Ⅱ号方对家兔激素性股骨头坏死预防、治疗作用方面优于盐酸川芎嗪碱,有显著的防治效果。
Abstract:
Objective: To approach the influence of TongMai ShengGu recipe II on BGP and VEGF in experimental rabbits. Method: Forty-five healthy rabbits were randomly divided into blank group, model group, control group and decoction group, to observe expressions of BGP and VEGF before and after treating. Result: There are remarkable differences before and after treating in BGP and VEGF among different groups. Conclusion: TongMai ShengGu recipe II is better than ligustrazine in preventing and treating glucocorticoid-induced necrosis of femoral head, showing remarkable preventive effect.
