摘要:
目的：观察脐疗法联合思密达治疗小儿急性腹泻的临床疗效。方法：将254例腹泻患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组各127例，对照组给予正确的饮食指导，通过口服补液盐(ORS)或静脉补液及时纠正水、电解质紊乱、酸碱失衡及酸中毒等一般常规治疗，同时用胃肠黏膜保护剂思密达止泻；治疗组在上述方案治疗的基础上加中药粉剂调敷脐中。结果：与对照组相比，治疗组的显效率、总有效率均明显增高(P＜0.01)。结论：脐疗法联合思密达治疗小儿腹泻疗效显著。
Abstract:
Objective: To approach curative effects of umbilical compress therapy and smecta in treating infants with acute diarrhea. Method: All 254 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Control group were administered with dietary instruction, correcting water and electrolyte disturbance, acid-base imbalance and acid poisoning through oral rehydration salt or intravenous dripping, and smecta to stop diarrhea; treatment group received herbal powder applied to the navel. Result: Compared with control group, effectual rate and total effective rate of treatment group raised remarkably (P＜0.01). Conclusion: Applications of umbilical compress therapy and smecta to infant diarrhea are effective.
