摘要:
目的：探讨综合运用中医护理技术对中风偏瘫患者生活自理能力的影响。方法：将60例脑卒中后偏瘫患者随机分为观察组和对照组各30例，对照组采取常规治疗护理，观察组在常规治疗、护理的基础上综合运用中药热敷、中医蜡疗、按摩疗法三项中医护理技术进行干预。结果：将2组患者在干预后不同阶段的日常生活自理能力(ADL)进行比较，观察组均优于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：综合运用中药热敷、中医蜡疗、按摩疗法三项中医护理技术对中风偏瘫患者的肢体功能的康复有促进作用，可明显提高患者的ADL。
Abstract:
Objective: To discuss the influence of comprehensive TCM nursing technique on the ability of daily living in patients suffering from hemiplegia. Method: Sixty patients with cerebral apoplexy were randomly divided into observation group and control group. Control group received conventional nursing while observation group were intervened with TCM hot compress, TCM wax therapy and massage. Result: Observation group was superior to control group in the ability of daily living (ADL) at different periods after intervention (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Comprehensive TCM nursing containing TCM hot compress, TCM wax therapy and massage can promote the rehabilitation of limb function of patients and raise ADL of patients remarkably.
