摘要:
目的:对患者家属满意度进行调查,以期为提高急诊科院前急救服务水平提供参考。方法:用问卷调查的方式对2011年3月至9月2500例院前急救患者家属进行满意度调查。调查内容包括:到达现场的速度、医风、医技、急救设备等方面。结果:大部分患者家属对院前急救的总体表示满意,对到达现场的速度满意度为88.0%,对医护的工作态度满意度为92.0%,对医护急救技术的满意度为98.0%,对急救设备的满意度96.0%。结论:加强医(护)患沟通,增强服务意识,提升业务素质是提高患者家属对院前急救服务满意度的重要措施。
Abstract:
Objective: To investigate the satisfactory degree of patients’ family members in order to provide evidence for improving the level of pre-hospital care in emergency department. Method: Satisfactory degree of 2500 cases admitted from March to September, 2011 are surveyed with questionnaires. The contents include: the speed to the site, medical ethics, medical skills and equipment, etc. Result: The most of family member are satisfied with the overall pre-hospital care, satisfactory rate of the speed to the site is 88.0%, which of the physician and nurses’ attitude is 92.0%, of medical skills is 98.0% and to the equipment is 96.0%. Conclusion: The important measures of improving satisfactory degree are enhancing the physician (nurse)-patient communication, strengthening service sense and raising service quality.
