摘要:
目的：观察益气活血汤治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效。方法：将128例慢性盆腔炎患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各64例。对照组给予静脉滴注敏感抗生素等常规治疗，治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用益气活血汤治疗，14天为1个疗程，连续治疗2个疗程。结果：总有效率对照组为70.3%，治疗组为90.6%，治疗组优于对照组(P＜0.05)；与对照组比较，治疗组临床症状、体征改善明显(P＜0.05)，且不良反应发生较少。结论：益气活血汤能有效治疗慢性盆腔炎。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe clinical effects of YiQi HuoXueTang in the treatment for chronic pelvic inflammatory disease. Method: All 128 cases were randomized into the control group and the treatment group equally. The control group received conventional treatment including intravenous dripping of sensitive antibiotics and the treatment group also took YiQi HuoXueTang. Fourteen days were one course of treatment and both groups were given with medicine for two consecutive courses of treatment. Result: Total effective rates of the control group and the treatment group were 70.3% and 90.6%, the treatment group was superior to the control group (P＜0.05);compared with the control group, clinical symptoms and body signs of the treatment group improved significantly (P＜0.05), and fewer adverse reactions occurred. Conclusion:YiQi HuoXueTang is effective in treating chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.
