摘要:
目的：研究纹党与白条党的鉴定学特征。方法：应用来源鉴定、性状鉴定、显微鉴定、理化鉴定方法来研究纹党与白条党的鉴定学特性。结果：文县栽培品纹党与渭源县栽培品白条党在鉴定学方面有区别，特别是显微方面差别较大。结论：实验结果为该药的 GAP、鉴别、开发利用及质量标准的制定提供参考依据。
Abstract:
Objective: To study the features of identification between Codonopsis Pilosula cultivated in Wenxian county and W eiyuan county. Method: The differences between Codonopsis Pilosula cultivated in Wenxian and Weiyuan were detected with the method of resources, property, microscopic, physical and chemical identification. Result: There was the difference in the identification of Codonopsis Pilosula cultivated in Wenxn and Weiyuan, especially in the microscopic aspect. Conclusion: The result of the study could provide evidence for GAP,identification, development and utilization as well as the establishment of quality standard for Codonopsis Pilosula.
