摘要:
目的：观察步长稳心颗粒联合美托洛尔治疗冠心病室性心律失常的临床疗效。方法：将120 例冠心病室性心律失常患者随机分为观察组、对照组各60 例。2 组均给予美托洛尔6.25 mg，2 次／d，口服。观察组同时给予步长稳心颗粒，1 袋／次，3 次／d，口服。2 组均以治疗 1 周为 1 个疗程，治疗2 个疗程后观察2组治疗前后室性期前收缩、房性期前收缩、房室交界性期前收缩次数，以及PR 间期、QRS 波时限、QTc 间期等的变化情况。结果：显效率观察组为 60.00%，对照组为 46.67%，2 组相比差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。总有效率观察组为93.33%，对照组为76.67%，2 组相比差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。PR 间期、QRS 波时限、QTc 间期 2组治疗后均明显改善，2 组相比差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。室性期前收缩、房性期前收缩、房室交界性期前收缩次数2 组治疗后均明显减少(P＜0.05)，2 组相比差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：步长稳心颗粒联合美托洛尔治疗冠心病室性心律失常临床疗效显著。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe clinical effects of BuChang WenXin granules and etoprolol in treating ventricular arrhythmia complicated with coronary heart disease. Method: All 120 cases were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, 60 cases each group. Both groups took metoprolol orally, 6.25mg, twice each day. The observation group received BuChang WenXin granules orally, one package once, three times each day.One course of treatment was one week, changes in numbers of premature ventricular contraction, premature atrial contraction, junctional premature contraction and changes of PR interval, QRS wave limit, QTc interval were observed after two consecutive courses of treatment. Result: Excellence rates of the observation group and the control group were 60.00% and 46.67%, the comparisons between both groups showed significant difference (P<0.05). Total effective rates of the observation group and the control group were 93.33% and 76.67%, the comparisons demonstrated significant difference (P＜0.05). Both groups were improved after treating in PR interval, QRS wave time limit,QTc interval and the comparisons of both groups suggested significant difference (P＜ 0.05). The numbers of premature ventricular contraction, premature atrial contraction, junctional premature contraction in both groups were lowered obviously after treating (P＜0.05), the comparison of both groups demonstrated significant difference (P＜0.05).Conclusion: BuChang WenXin granules combined with metoprolol are effective in treating ventricular arrhythmia of patients with coronary heart disease.
