摘要:
目的：观察参芎葡萄糖联合放疗治疗局部晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床疗效。方法：将92例患者随机分为治疗组50例、对照组42例。2组均给予放疗治疗，治疗组同时给予参芎葡萄糖静脉滴注。观察2组患者治疗前后近期疗效、生存率及毒副反应。结果：治疗组近期疗效优于对照组(P＜0.05)，毒副反应小于对照组
(P＜0.05)。患者生存率2组比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论：参芎葡萄糖联合放疗治疗局部晚期非小细胞肺癌可提高疗效，减轻毒副反应。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe clinical effects of ShenXiong glucose and radiotherapy in the treatment for local non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC) at advanced stage. Method: All 92 patients were randomly divided into 50 cases in the treatment group and 42 cases in the control group. Both groups received radiotherapy, treatment group were given with intravenous dripping of ShenXiong glucose. Curative effects in the near future before and after treating, survival rate and toxicity of both groups were observed. Result: Curative effect in the near future of the treatment group was superior to that of control group (P＜ 0.05), toxicity was lighter than control group (P＜0.05). Comparisons between both groups in survival rates showed difference without statistical meaning (P ＞0.05).Conclusion: ShenXiong glucose and radiotherapy in treating local NSCLC at advanced stage can improve curative
effects and relieve toxicity.
