摘要:
目的：观察花红胶囊口服及花红颗粒灌肠法治疗慢性盆腔炎(湿热瘀结证)的临床疗效。方法：将收集病例分为花红胶囊组24例、花红颗粒组18例和抗生素组20例。7天为1个疗程，连续治疗2个疗程，停药后随访2月。结果：治疗7天，花红颗粒组愈显率高于抗生素组(P＜0.05)；治疗14天，花红胶囊组愈显率高于抗生素组(P＜0.05)。花红胶囊组、花红颗粒组中医证候积分及腰腹疼痛症状积分改善在治疗7天、14天时均优于抗生素组(均P＜0.05)。结论：花红胶囊口服及花红颗粒(无糖型)结肠保留灌注为治疗慢性盆腔炎(湿热瘀结证)的有效方法，且临床疗效优于左氧氟沙星片和替硝唑片口服治疗，同时花红颗粒组起效时间早于抗生素组。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe clinical effects of oral HuaHong capsule and HuaHong granules enema in the treatment for chronic pelvic inflammatory disease of dampness-heat accumulation pattern. Method: All the cases were randomized into 24 cases in HuaHong capsule group, 18 cases in HuaHong granules and 20 cases in antibiotic group. Seven days were one course of treatment and the patients were treated for two consecutive courses of treatment and followed up for two months after drug withdrawal. Result: After treating for seven days, the cure rate of HuaHong granules group was higher than that of antibiotic group (P＜0.05); after treating for two weeks, the curer ate of HuaHong capsule group was higher than that of antibiotic group (P＜0.05); HuaHong capsule group and HuaHong granules group were superior to antibiotic group in improvements of TCM symptom scale, lumbar and abdominal pain score after treating for seven days and two weeks (average P＜0.05). Conclusion: Oral HuaHong capsule and retention enema with HuaHong granules (sugar free) are effective method for chronic pelvic inflammatory disease of dampness-heat accumulation pattern, clinical effects are superior to that of levofloxacin tablets and tinidazole tablets, meanwhile the onset time of HuaHong granule group is earlier than that of the antibiotic group.
