摘要:
目的:建立化香树果序及香菊颗粒、胶囊的薄层色谱鉴别方法。方法:采用薄层色谱法对化香树果序及其复方制剂进行定性鉴别。结果:在薄层色谱中可分别鉴别化香树果序中没食子酸,熊果酸的特征斑点。结论:所建立的方法专属性强,可用于化香树果序药材及香菊颗粒、胶囊的质量控制。
Abstract:
Objective: To establish thin-layer chromatography(TLC) identification for infructescence of HuaXiangShu (Platycarya Strobilacea Sieb.et Zucc), XiangJu granules and capsule. Method: Infructescence of HuaXiangShu and its compound preparation were qualitative identified with TLC. Result: Characteristic spots of gallic acidand malol, distracted from infructescence of HuaXiangShu, were identified respectively with TLC. Conclusion: Them ethod showing good specificity could be used as quality control for infructescence of HuaXiangShu, XiangJu granules and capsule.
