摘要:
目的：探讨护生与医护配合路径在院前急救危重患者中的应用效果。方法：根据院前急救危重患者的流程制定适应护生的院前急救配合路径，选择600例院前急救患者，依据就诊顺序随机分为对照组(300例)和观察组(300例)，对照组按急诊常规医护人员配置进行院前救治；观察组由经过路径培训的护生配合医护人员进行院前救治。对比观察护生与医护配合院前急救危重患者的应用效果。结果：经路径培训的护生在院前急救过程中可积极配合带教老师进行抢救，缩短了院前急救的时间，提高了急救效率。同时提高了护生的学习积极性和理论操作考核成绩。结论：护生与医护配合路径在院前急救过程中可行，值得各医院推广应用。
Abstract:
Objective: To discuss the effects of probationer nurse, doctor and nurse cooperation pathway to the critical patients in pre-hospital care. Method: Pre-hospital care, suitable for probationer nurses, was established according to the procedure of critical patients in pre-hospital care. 600 patients were randomized into the control group and the observation group; the control group received pre-hospital resuscitation by the routine allocation of medical staffs in the emergency and the observation group were given with pre-hospital resuscitation by probationer nurses trained through pathway, doctor and nurses. The effects of probationer nurse, doctor and nurses in the pre-hospital care were observed and compared. Result: Probationer nurse, trained through pathway, could cooperate with the teacher actively, shorten the time of pre-hospital care and raise the efficiency of first-aid. Meanwhile it could improve the activity of probationer nurse's study and the score of theoretical and practical exam. Conclusion: Probationer nurse, doctor and nurses cooperation pathway is feasible in the course of pre-hospital care and worthy of promotion and application in hospitals.
