摘要:
目的：观察茴香枳术汤对大鼠粘连性肠梗阻组织一氧化氮(NO)含量、二胺氧化酶(DAO)活性的影响。方法：制备大鼠粘连性肠梗阻模型，随机分为正常组，模型组，大承气汤组，茴香枳术汤低、中、高剂量组。给予相应药物治疗，分别于治疗后第 3、5、7 天，共 3 个时间点，每时间点 6 只，切取病变肠管匀浆，取上清液，放免法测定组织 NO 含量与 DAO 活性。结果：与正常组比较，模型组组织 NO 含量增加(P＜0.05)，DAO 活性下降(P＜0.05)；与模型组比较，大承气汤组、茴香枳术汤低剂量组、茴香枳术汤中剂量组和茴香枳术汤高剂量组组织 NO 含量显著下降(P＜0.05)，DAO 活性增加(P＜0.05)。结论：茴香枳术汤对粘连性肠梗阻具有良好的治疗作用，其作用机制与保护肠屏障功能有关。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe the effects of HuiXiang ZhiZhuTang on NO contents and DAO activity of rats with adhesive intestinal obstruction. Method: Models were established and randomized into normal group,model group, Da ChengQiTang group, low, moderate and high dose groups of HuiXiang ZhiZhuTang. The rats were given with corresponding medicine, NO content and DAO activity were measured with radioimmunoassay after treating at the 3 rd, 5 th and 7 th day. Result: Compared with normal group, NO content increased and DAO activity decreased in model group (P＜0.05); compared with model group, NO content lowered and DAO activity increased in Da ChengQiTang group, low, moderate and high dose groups of HuiXiang ZhiZhuTang (P＜0.05). Conclusion: HuiXiang ZhiZhuTang is effective in treating adhesive intestinal obstruction, the mechanism might be related to protect intestinal barrier.
