摘要:
目的：观察矩阵针灸治疗周围性面神经麻痹的临床疗效。方法：将 60 例周围性面神经麻痹患者随机分为治疗组、对照组各 30 例。治疗组采用矩阵针灸治疗，对照组采用常规针刺法。2 组每周连续针刺 5 日后休息 2 日，10 次为 1 个疗程，均连续治疗 3 个疗程。结果：显效率治疗组为 36.67%，对照组为 20.00%，2 组相比差异明显（P＜0.05）。总有效率治疗组为 76.67%，对照组为 66.67%，2 组相比差异明显（P＜0.05）。2 组治疗前后面神经肌电图均有明显变化（P＜0.05）。结论：矩阵针灸治疗周围性面神经麻痹可改善面神经肌电图，临床疗效显著。
Abstract:
Objective: To explore curative effects of matrix acupuncture in treating peripheral facial palsy.Method: All 60 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group equally. The treatment group received matrix acupuncture and the control group routine needling. Both groups were acupunctured for five consecutive days and rested for two days, ten times were one course of treatment. Curative effects of both groups were compared after treating for three consecutive courses of treatment. Result: Effectual rate of the treatment group was 36.67%, higher than 20.00% of the control group with notable difference(P＜ 0.05). Total effective rate of the treatment group was 76.67%, higher than 66.67% of the control group with significant difference (P＜ 0.05).Electromyogram (EMG) of facial nerve were changed before and after treating in both groups (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion: Matrix acupuncture could obtain notable curative effects in treating peripheral facial palsy and improve EMG of facial nerve.
