摘要:
目的：比较矩阵针灸与常规药物治疗脾胃气虚型功能性消化不良的临床疗效。方法：将 80 例脾胃气虚型功能性消化不良患者随机分为治疗组、对照组各 40 例。治疗组采用矩阵针灸治疗；对照组采用吗丁啉治疗。治疗 30 天后比较 2 组疗效。结果：治疗组痊愈率显著高于对照组（P＜0.05）。症状积分治疗前后组内相比差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；治疗后组间比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：矩阵灸法治疗脾胃气虚型功能性消化不良疗效显著。
Abstract:
Objective: To compare curative effects of matrix moxibustion and routine medicine in treating functional dyspepsia of spleen-stomach Qi deficiency pattern. Method: All 80 patients were separated into the treatment group and the control group equally. The treatment group received matrix moxibustion and the control group took domperidone. Curative effects of both groups were compared after 30 days. Result: Cure rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group (P＜ 0.05). Comparison within one group showed significant difference between before and after treating in symptom scale (P＜ 0.05); comparisons between both groups after treating demonstrated significant difference(P＜ 0.05). Conclusion: Matrix moxibustion is effective in treating functional dyspepsia of spleen-stomach Qi deficiency pattern.
