摘要:
目的：了解中医医院感染现患率状况、重要病原菌的检出及耐药趋势，抗菌药物的使用状况等，总结和分析医院感染监测、医院感染发病率及病原菌分布情况。方法：采用横断面调查方法对当日的 732 名住院患者展开调查。结果：医院感染现患调查实查率 99.18%，医院感染现患率 0.28%。抗菌药物使用率 22.87%，其中治疗用药 35.54%，预防用药 54.82%，治疗 + 预防用药 9.64%，治疗性用药病原微生物送检率为 17.33%。结论：医院感染现患率调查能及时发现存在的问题，为制定医院感染监控措施提供依据。
Abstract:
Objective: To summarize and analyze infection monitor, incidence of hospital infection and distribution of pathogenic bacteria through knowing the condition of infection prevalence rate, detection of key pathogenic bacteria, the drug fast tendency and the use of antibacterial. Method: All 732 inpatients were investigated with transverse section survey. Result: Investigated rate of prevalent infection in hospital was 99.18% , infection prevalence rate of hospital was 0.28%. utilization ratios of antibacterial was 22.87%, among them, the drugs for therapy accounted for 35.54%, the drugs for prevention were 54.82%, the ones for therapy and prevention were 9.64%, etiology detection rate of therapeutic drugs took up 17.33%. Conclusion: The survey on hospital infection prevalence rate can help find the existing issues timely and provide evidence for establishing hospital infection monitor measures.
