摘要:
老年骨质疏松症为“本虚标实”之证，病位在骨，主要涉及脾肾两脏，以肝肾亏虚，脾虚失养为本；以外邪、痰瘀阻滞为标。其防治原则以补肾、健脾、活血、养肝为主。
Abstract:
The pattern of senile osteoporosis was asthenia in origin and sthenia in superficiality, its location of the disease was the bone and closely related with spleen and kidney. The nature of the disease was depletion of liver and kidney, spleen deficiency and loss of invigorating was the origin, external pathogen and obstruction of phlegm and stasis were the superficiality. Prevention principles were nourishing kidney, invigorating spleen, activating blood and soothing liver.
