摘要:
目的:分析我国医学研究生教育文献的现况,为进一步提高研究生教育质量提供依据。方法:以2005—2011 年中国生物医学文献光盘数据库、维普期刊数据库收录的国内医学研究生教育文献为研究对象,通过文献计量法对所筛选的 1 411 篇文献进行计量分析,提取其核心内容。结果:此 1 411 篇发表的文献按照核心内容可分为综合素质培养、管理与改革、评价与保障体系、现状与对策、经验总结与规划、国内外对比分析等 6 类内容。结论:我国目前研究生教育还存在一定问题,希望可以借鉴国外先进教育理念探索符合中国国情的研究生培养新模式,为医学研究生创新人才的培养提供保证。
Abstract:
Objective: To provide evidence for further improvement of postgraduate education quality through analyzing the current condition. Method: Scientific papers about medical postgraduates' education were collected in CBM disc and VIP periodical database from 2005 to 2011, all 1411 pieces of articles were analyzed quantitatively and the core was extracted. Result: All 1411 pieces of published articles could be divided into six categories: overall quality cultivation, management and reform, evaluation and security system, current condition and strategy, experience and plan, domestic and foreign comparative analysis. Conclusion: There are certain issues in the education of postgraduate.The study of domestic postgraduate education could provide guarantee for the cultivation of medical postgraduate innovative talents through using the experience of advanced educational concepts in other countries and exploring cultivation mode of postgraduate in accord with national conditions of China.
