摘要:
目的:探讨六常法在创建“高标准、高质量、高品位”特需病房中的应用效果。方法:将我科自2011 年以来收治的省直医保老年患者 328 例随机分为 2 组,即:运用“六常法”进行护理质量管理的护理组(观察组),及常规护理质量管理的护理组(对照组),对所有患者进行护理满意度调查,对护患矛盾发生例数及原因进行分析。结果:护理满意度观察组优良率为 91.46%,对照组为 81.71%,2 组比较,观察组优于对照组,差 异具有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。护理过程中,观察组发生护患矛盾 14 例(8.54%),对照组发生 30 例(18.29%),观察组护患矛盾发生比例低于对照组,差异具有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。矛盾发生原因 2 组均最多为沟通不当,其后依次为仪器使用问题、护理操作问题,其中观察组实施“六常法”后,沟通不当引发的护患矛盾例数降低明显,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将六常法运用于老年患者护理实践之中,可有效提高护理满意度,降低护患矛盾。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe the effects of six-often method on building the special ward of "high standard, high quality and high grade". Method: All 328 patients admitted in our department were randomized into two groups: the group of nursing quality control with "six-often method" (the observation group) and the group of routine nursing quality control (the control group). Satisfactory degrees of nursing in all patients were investigated to analyze the number of nurse-patient dispute and the reason. Result: The excellent rate of nursing satisfactory degree in patients of the observation group was 91.46% , superior to 81.71% of the control group, the difference had significant statistical meaning (P<0.01). During the nursing course, there were 14 cases of nurse-patient disputes in the observation group (8.54%) and 30 cases in the control group (18.29%), the incidence of the observation group was lower than that of the control group and the difference showed significant difference (P<0.01). The causes of dispute included:in both groups improper communication ; the second was the use of instrument and problems of nursing manipulation. After the six-often method was introduced in the observation group, nurse-patient disputes caused by improper communication were decreased significantly and the difference showed statistical meaning (P<0.05).Conclusion: Six-often method used to the practice of nursing could effectively improve satisfactory degree of nursing and reduce nurse-patient disputes.
