摘要:
的：探讨不同剂量温肾胶囊对抑郁症大鼠模型性行为学及血清性激素的影响，为温肾胶囊治疗抑郁症性功能障碍提供实验依据。方法：采用 CUMS 和沈氏等建立的慢性应激法复制抑郁症模型后进行交配实验，并采用酶联免疫法测定血清睾酮、雌二醇的含量。结果：①与模型对照组比较，各给药组骑跨潜伏期均明显缩短，温肾胶囊高剂量组骑跨次数增多，各组骑跨活动鼠数、射精活动鼠数均明显增加,说明各组大鼠性能力均有所提高；②与模型对照组比较，各组大鼠体内血清睾酮含量明显升高；而各组大鼠体内雌二醇含量明显降低。结论：①温肾胶囊对抑郁症大鼠性功能障碍具有治疗作用；②温肾胶囊不同剂量对抑郁大鼠的影响存在一定的量效关系,高剂量组的治疗作用强于低剂量组。
Abstract:
Objective: To provide experimental evidence for Wenshen capsule in treating sexual dysfunction by exploring the effects of different dosages of WenShen capsules on sexual hormone in the serum and sexual behavioral science. Method: Depressed models were duplicated with chronic stress method. Contents of testosterone and estradiol in the serum were detected with enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Result: ① Compared with the control group of model, the latency period of straddling in different groups were shortened, the straddling times in high dosage group of Wenshen capsule were increased, the number of rats in straddling and ejaculation was increased, which illustrated that sexual ability of rats in different groups were improved; ② compared with the control group of model, the contents of testosterone in the serum of rats in the groups were raised significantly; the contents of estradiol in the serum of rats in the groups were decreased significantly. Conclusion: ① Wenshen capsule could be used to treat sexual disorder of rats suffering from depression; ② Different dosages of Wenshen capsule and the effects on rats with depression show certain dose-effect relationship, clinical efficacy of high dosage group is stronger than the low dosage group.
