摘要:
目的:建立珠子草药材中咖啡酸含量的测定方法,并对不同产地珠子草咖啡酸含量进行比较。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱:Shimazu C 18(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈(B)∶0.1%磷酸(A)梯度洗脱,流速:0.8 mL/min;柱温:室温;检测波长:270 nm;进样量 10μ L。结果:测得 11 个产地珠子草中咖啡酸含量在 0.122-0.610 mg/mL 浓度范围内,平均加样回收率 100.06%。结论:该测定方法操作简便,结果准确,可用于珠子草中咖啡酸含量的测定;云南产珠子草咖啡酸含量明显高于其他各地,以咖啡酸含量进行评判,云南产珠子草具有其道地性。
Abstract:
Objective: To establish the determination method of caffeic acid in ZhuZiCao (Phyllanthus niruri Linn) and compare its contents of ZhuZiCao from different producing areas. Method: HPLC was adopted,chromatographic column: Shimazu C18(150 mm×4.6 mm, 5μm); mobile phase: acetonitrile (B): 0.1% phosphoric acid (A); gradient elution, the flow rate was 0.8 mL/min; the temperature was room temperature; detection wavelength was 270 nm; sampling was 10μL. Result: Caffeic acid of ZhuZiCao from 11 producing areas showed the linear relationship in the range of 0.122 to 0.610 mg/ml, average recovery rate was 100.06% . Conclusion: The method, simple, accurate and feasible, could be used for the determination of caffeic acid of ZhuZiCao; the content of caffeic acid from Yunnan is higher than the ones from others places, the genuineness of ZhuZiCao from Yunnan could be identified by judging the contents of caffeic acid.
