摘要:
目的：观察救艾归芎汤治疗人流术后宫内残留的临床疗效。方法：选择人流术后宫内残留患者84 例，随机分为观察组、对照组各 42 例，观察组口服救艾归芎汤，1 剂 /d,连用 7 剂；对照组予益母流浸膏 10 mL，口服，3 次 /d。共 7 天。治疗 7 天后观察治疗前后 2 组临床症状、B 超宫内异常回声以及安全性指标。结果：总有效率观察组为 88.10%，对照组为 69.77%，2 组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；阴道出血持续时间、子宫复旧及转经时间 2 组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：救艾归芎汤能有效促进人流术后恶露的排出，并减少人流术后并发症。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe clinical effects of JiuAi GuiXiongTang for intrauterine residue after induced abortion. Method: All 84 patients were randomized into the observation group and the control group, the observation group received JiuAi GuiXiongTang, one dose per day, for seven consecutive days; the control group took YiMuCao liquid extract by mouth, tid, for seven days. After seven days' treatment, clinical symptoms, intrauterine abnormal echo of B ultrasonic and safety indicators were observed. Result: Total effective rate of the observation group was 88.10%, higher than 69.77% of the control group，the difference between both groups showed statistical meaning (P＜0.05); it also had statistical meaning in duration of vaginal bleeding, the recovery time and menstruation time of the uterus(P＜0.05). Conclusion: JiuAi GuiXiongTang could effectively promote the discharge of lochia after induced abortion and reduce the complications after the surgery.
