摘要:
目的：观察猪甲生肌膏治疗蛇伤性溃疡的临床疗效。方法：将 125 例蛇伤性溃疡患者随机分为2 组，治疗组 63 例溃疡面外敷猪甲生肌膏治疗；对照组 62 例溃疡面用 0.2%雷佛奴尔溶液湿敷治疗，治疗 2 周后评定 2 组疗效。结果：治疗组治愈 54 例，好转 6 例，未愈 3 例，总有效率为 95.24%；对照组治愈 38 例，好转15 例，未愈 9 例，总有效率 85.48%，2 组疗效比较有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：猪甲生肌膏治疗蛇伤性溃疡疗效优于雷佛奴尔溶液。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe clinical efficacy of ZhuJia ShengJi ointment in treating snakebite ulcer.Method: All 125 patients were randomized into two groups. Sixty-three patients in the treatment group were applied with ZhuJia ShengJi ointment externally; 62 patients in the control group were given with 0.2% ethacridine lactate solution, clinical efficacy was assessed after treating for two weeks. Result: There were 54 cases cured in the treatment group, six cases improved and three cases uncured, total effective rate was 95.24%; there were 38 cases cured in the control group, 15 cases improved and nine cases uncured, total effective rate was 85.48%, comparison between both groups presented statistical meaning in clinical efficacy (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Clinical efficacy of ZhuJia ShengJi ointment in treating snakebite ulcer is superior to that of ethacridine lactate solution.
