摘要:
目的：观察选择性钉棒系统内固定配合腰背肌功能锻炼治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效,探讨分析此治疗方法的作用机制。方法：将符合纳入标准的 64 例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为治疗组与对照组，治疗组 32 例采用钉棒系统内固定及腰背肌功能锻炼治疗；对照组 32 例采用单纯钉棒系统内固定术。分别观察 2 组术前及术后 6 周、6、12、24 个月邻近阶段椎体 X 线等影像学变化情况。结果：2 组治疗后治疗组邻近阶段疾病发生率明显低于对照组（术后 24 月），具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：2 组近期疗效相仿，但远期疗效治疗组优于对照组。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe clinical efficacy of internal fixation of selective screw-rod system and functional exercise of lumbar muscle for lumbar disc protrusion and discuss its mechanism. Method: All 64 patients were randomized into the treatment group and the control group. All 32 patients in the treatment group were administered with internal fixation of screw-rod system and functional exercise of lumbar muscle; the control group received internal fixation of screw-rod system. The imaging changes of adjacent vertebral X-ray of both groups were observed respectively before the surgery and in six weeks, six months, 12 months and 24 months after operation. Result: The incidence of adjacent vertebral disease in the treatment group was lower obviously than that of the control group after treating in 24 months after treating and the difference had statistical meaning (P＜ 0.05). Conclusion: Short-term effects of both groups are similar, but the long-term effects of the treatment group are superior to that of the control group.
