摘要:: 目的：探讨黄芩苷铈与钇配合物的镇痛抗炎作用。方法：采用醋酸扭体法、二甲苯致炎耳壳肿胀法对黄芩苷铈与钇配合物镇痛与抗炎作用进行研究，组间数据采用t检验。结果：黄芩苷-铈和黄芩苷-钇配合物高、中剂量组能延长醋酸刺激引起的扭体潜伏期，减少扭体次数,与NS组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)，与黄芩苷组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；黄芩苷-铈和黄芩苷-钇配合物高、中剂量组对二甲苯致炎的耳壳肿胀抑制作用与NS组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)，与黄芩苷组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：黄芩苷-铈和黄芩苷-钇配合物有镇痛、抗炎作用，较黄芩苷镇痛抗炎作用增强。

Abstract:: Objective: To explore anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect of baicalin-cerium and baicalinyttrium. Method: Anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of baicalin-cerium and baicalin-yttrium were studied with the method of body torsion test and dim-ethyl benzene inflammation ear swelling, the data was analyzed with T-test among groups. Result: High and moderate dosage groups of baicalin-cerium and baicalin-yttrium complexes could delay incubation period of torsion and reduce the times of torsion, it had statistical meaning compared with NS group (P＜0.05), and baicalin group(P＜0.05); it also had statistical meaning compared with NS group(P＜0.05) and baicalin group (P＜0.05) in the function of high and low dosage of the complexes inhibiting ear swelling induced by dimethyl benzene. Conclusion: Baicalin-cerium, baicalin-yttrium complexes demonstrate the function of anti-inflammation and analgesia, stronger than baicalin.
