摘要:: 目的：统计基层医院门诊输液室纠纷及护理差错的发生情况。方法：对2009年1月1日至2012年3月30日在宁县人民医院门诊输液室行肌注、静脉滴注治疗患者，从发生纠纷、医疗差错、医疗事故等方面进行统计。结果：2009—2012年纠纷、差错发生率呈逐年下降趋势，由2009年的0.92%下降至2012年的0.22%。各年之间相比，差异显著（P＜0.05）。2009—2012年纠纷、差错发生率从高到低依次为静注（2.10%）、肌注（1.30%）、静滴（0.31%）。各治疗项目间相比，差异显著（P＜0.05）。结论：随着近年来服务质量的提高，纠纷、差错发生率呈逐年下降趋势。

Abstract:: Objective: To analyze the incidences of disputes and mistakes in outpatient infusion room of basic hospital. Method: The conditions of the patients who received muscular injection and intravenous dripping were analyzed in the aspects of the incidence of dispute, medical dispute and medical accidents from January 1st, 2009 to March 30, 2012. Result: The incidences of disputes and mistakes were lowering from 2009 to 2012 and it decreased from 0.92% at the year of 2009 to 0.22% at the year of 2012. The comparisons among years showed significant differences (P＜0.05). The incidences of the dispute and mistake in three years ranked from high to low: intravenous injection (2.10%), muscular injection (1.30%) and intravenous dripping (0.31%). The comparisons between items demonstrated remarkable differences(P＜0.05). Conclusion: As service quality improved in recent years, the incidences of dispute and mistake are decreasing year by year.
