摘要:
目的：观察心理护理干预对产妇分娩过程的影响。方法：将100例产妇按随机数字表法分为干预组和对照组各50例，比较2组的干预效果。结果：2组干预后的SAS、SDS评分均较干预前明显降低，且干预组较对照组降低更明显，差异有显著性(P＜0.05)。干预组各产程所用时间分别短于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：在产妇分娩过程中实施心理护理干预措施，可以改善患者焦虑、抑郁及紧张等负性心理状态，同时明显缩短产程，使产妇顺利完成分娩。
Abstract:
Objective: To explore the effects of psychological nursing delivery woman in labour. Method: One hundred patients were divided into the intervention group and the control group with random number table, and the effects of intervention were compared in both groups. Result: SAS and SDS of both groups were decreased after intervention, the decrease of the intervention group was more obvious, the difference was significant (P＜0.05). The time at stages of labor in the intervention group was shorter than that of the control group(P＜0.05). Conclusion: Psychological nursing given to the patients during in labour could improve negative psychological state including anxiety, depression, tension and others, shorten the stages of labor and finish the delivery smoothly.
