摘要:
通过分析、总结近年来相关文献，就大孔吸附树脂在分离纯化生物碱类成分、黄酮类成分、皂苷类成分、环烯醚萜苷及其他苷类等中药成分的应用情况进行阐述，旨在指导大孔吸附树脂在分离纯化中药有效成分中的应用。
Abstract:
The applications of macroporous adsorptive resins to the separation and purification of the ingredients of alkaloids, flavonoid, saponins, iridoid glycoside and other glycosides were stated through analyzing and summarizing the literature in recent years, in order to guide its application to the separation and purification of active ingredients in herbs.
