摘要:
目的：观察稳心颗粒（无糖型）对不稳定型心绞痛患者冠脉介入治疗后炎性因子水平的影响。方法：选择兰州市第一人民医院心内科126例行冠脉介入治疗（PCI）的不稳定型心绞痛患者，随机分成稳心颗粒组（稳心颗粒无糖型口服+常规治疗，n=63）和对照组（常规治疗，n=63），比较2组在PCI前1天、PCI后1天、PCI后第4周血清内皮素-1、C反应蛋白、1型纤溶酶激活物抑制剂水平的差别。结果：和对照组相比，稳心颗粒组PCI前1天、PCI后1天的血清内皮素-1、C反应蛋白、1型纤溶酶激活物抑制剂水平差异无显著性（P＞0.05）。稳心颗粒组PCI后第4周血清内皮素-1、C反应蛋白、1型纤溶酶激活物抑制剂水平均有显著回降（P＜0.05）。PCI后1天和PCI后第4周血清内皮素-1、C反应蛋白、1型纤溶酶激活物抑制剂的浓度均有明显变化（PCI后1天为增加，PCI后4周为回降，均P＜0.01）。结论：稳心颗粒(无糖型)可降低不稳定型心绞痛患者PCI后血清炎性因子的水平。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe the effects of WenXin granules (sugar free) on the level of inflammatory factors of patients with unstable angina pectoris after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI). Method: All 126 patients with unstable angina pectoris who received PCI were randomized into WenXin granules group (Sugar free type WenXin granules and routine treatment, n=63) and the control group (routine treatment, n=63). The levels of plasminogen activator inhibitor-1, C reactive protein and serum endothelin-1 of both groups were compared at the first day before PCI, the first day after PCI, the fourth week after PCI. Result: Compared with the control group, the differences of WenXin granules group at the first day before and after PCI were insignificant in the levels of plasminogen activator inhibitor-1, C reactive protein and serum endothelin-1(P＞0.05). Those indexes in WenXin granules group were lowered remarkably in the 4th week after PCI(P＜0.05). Those indexes at the first day and the 4th week after PCI were changed compared with the first day before PCI within one group (increased at the first day after PCI, decreased in the 4th week after PCI, P＜0.01). Conclusion: WenXin granules (sugar free) could decrease the level of inflammatory factors of patients with unstable angina pectoris after PCI.
