摘要:
目的：观察温肺止流丹对肺气虚型变态反应性鼻炎(AR)大鼠模型血清中嗜酸粒细胞阳离子(ECP)、白细胞介素4(IL-4)的影响，探讨其治疗变应性鼻炎的机制。方法：采用病证结合的方法造模，用ELISA法检测大鼠血清ECP、IL-4的含量。结果：温肺止流丹能够降低实验性AR大鼠血清IL-4、ECP的含量。结论：温肺止流丹可能通过降低大鼠血清IL-4、ECP水平，对实验性AR大鼠发挥治疗作用。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe the effects of WenFei ZhiLiuDan on serum ECP and IL-4 of the rats with allergic rhinitis (AR) of lung-Qi deficiency pattern, and explore its mechanism for allergic rhinitis. Method: The rat models were made with the method of combined with disease and syndrome, and the contents of ECP and IL-4 in rats were detected with ELISA method. Result: WenFei ZhiLiuDan could decrease the contents of IL-4 and ECP of experimental rats with AR. Conclusion: WenFei ZhiLiuDan are effective in treating rats with AR which might be through lowering the levels of IL-4 and ECP of the rats.
