摘要:
目的:对甘肃产当归的挥发性成分进行分析。方法:分别采用常压水蒸气蒸馏法、乙醚超声提取法、超临界萃取法提取当归挥发油,利用气相色谱-质谱联用技术(GC-MS)对提取物中的挥发性成分进行分离分析,并计算各成分的相对百分含量。结果:从常压水蒸气蒸馏法提取的当归挥发油中共鉴定出29种成分,乙醚超声提取法提取的当归挥发油中共鉴定出27种成分,超临界萃取法提取的当归挥发油中共鉴定出25种成分。3种方法提取的挥发油无论在成分还是含量上均存在一定差异,但也存在相同点,主要成分均为藁本内酯,在常压水蒸气蒸馏法中占55.89%,在乙醚超声提取法法中占78.27%,在超临界萃取法中占78.19%。结论:用常压水蒸气蒸馏法提取的当归挥发油中藁本内酯的含量较低,而用乙醚超声提取法和超临界萃取法提取的当归挥发油中藁本内酯的含量较高,二者相当。
Abstract:
Objective: To analyze volatile constituents from Gansu DangGui(angelica sinesis). Method: Volatile constituents of DangGui were extracted with the method of normal pressure steam distillation (NPSD), aether ultrasonic extraction and supercritical CO2 fluid extraction (SFE-CO2), volatile ingredients were separated and analyzed by combination of gas chromatography and mass spectrometry, their relative percentage were calculated. Result: Altogether 29 kinds of ingredients were identified from volatile oil extracted from NPSD, 27 kinds of ingredients from volatile oil extracted from aether ultrasonic extraction and 25 kinds from volatile oil from SFE- CO2. There were certain differences among the volatile oil extracted from three methods in the ingredients and contents, and also some similarities, the main ingredient was ligustilide, which reached 55.89% with the method of NPSD, 78.27% with the method of aether ultrasonic extraction and 78.19% with SFE-CO2. Conclusion: Contents of ligustilide with the method of NPSD are less than obtained ligstilide by the methods of SFE-CO2 and aether ultrasonic extraction.
