摘要:
目的:优选制萎扶胃浓缩丸最佳水提工艺条件。方法:以干浸膏、枸橼酸含量为评价指标,以煎煮次数、加水量、煎煮时间为考察因素,采用正交试验法对制萎扶胃浓缩丸的水提取工艺进行优选。结果:最佳水提取工艺为:煎煮2次,加水量为8倍量,煎煮时间为2.0、1.5 h。结论:该优选工艺合理可行,适用于工业大生产。
Abstract:
Objective: To optimize the water extraction of ZhiWei FuWei concentrated pills. Method: The conditions of extraction was optimized with orthogonal tests by taking the extract yield and citric acid as the evaluating indexes, the boiling times, the water volume and extracting time as the factors. Result: The best extraction process was as follows: extracting for twice, adding water of eight times of the drugs, extracting for two hours, one and a half hours. Conclusion: The optimized extraction process is feasible and suitable for industrial production.
