摘要:: 目的：观察桂枝去芍药加附子汤加味治疗病窦综合征的临床疗效及远期效果。方法：将96例病窦综合征患者随机分为2组，治疗组48例用桂枝去芍药加附子汤为基本方加味治疗，对照组用阿托品(或舒喘灵)治疗，治疗1个月后及治疗结束6个月后观察近、远期疗效。结果：总有效率治疗组为89.6%，对照组为52.1%(P＜0.05)；治疗结束6个月后回访总有效率治疗组为79.2%，对照组27.1%(P＜0.01)。结论：桂枝去芍药加附子汤加味治疗病窦综合征安全有效，效果稳定持久。

Abstract:: Objective: To discuss clinical effects and long-term effects of modified GuiZhi QuShaoYao JiaFuZiTang in treating sick sinus syndrome (SSS). Method: All 96 patients were randomized into two groups, the treatment group took modified GuiZhi QuShaoYao JiaFuZiTang and the control group atropine (or ShuChuanLing), clinical effects and long-term effects were observed after treating for one months and in six months when the treating was finished. Result: Total effective rate of the treatment group was 89.6%, higher than 52.1% of the control group(P＜0.05); total effective rate of the treatment group was 79.2%, superior to 27.1% of the control group at the visiting time in six months when the treating was finished. Conclusion: Modified GuiZhi QuShaoYao JiaFuZiTang is safe and effective in treating SSS with stable and long-lasting effects.
