摘要:
目的：观察化痰止咳汤联合头孢他啶、病毒唑治疗小儿急性支气管炎的临床疗效。方法：将86例急性支气管炎患儿随机分为对照组和观察组各43例。2组均采用头孢他啶、病毒唑等常规治疗，观察组在此基础上加用化痰止咳汤，1剂/d，水煎分服。2组均以7天为1个疗程，治疗3个疗程后观察疗效。结果：痊愈率观察组为86.05%，对照组为55.81%，2组相比差异显著(P＜0.05)。总有效率观察组为97.77%，对照组为86.05%，2组相比差异显著(P＜0.05)。发热、咳嗽、气促等临床症状消退时间及住院天数观察组均短于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：化痰止咳汤联合头孢他啶、病毒唑治疗小儿急性支气管炎，可较快消除临床症状及体征，缩短住院时间。
Abstract:
Objective: To explore clinical effects of HuaTan ZhiKeTang, ceftazidime and ribavirin in treating children with acute bronchitis. Method: All 86 patients were randomized into the control group and the observation group. Both groups received routine treatment of ceftazidime and ribavirin, the observation group also took HuaTan ZhiKeTang, one dose per day, water decocted. Seven days were one course of treatment, clinical effects were observed after three courses of treatment. Result: Cure rate of the observation group was 86.05%, higher than 55.81% of the control group with significant difference(P＜0.05). Total effective rate of the observation group was 97.77%, superior to 86.05% of the control group with significant difference(P＜0.05). The observation group was shorter than the control group in disappearing time of the symptoms including fever, cough, panting and others as well as hospitalization days(P＜0.05). Conclusion: HuaTan ZhiKeTang, ceftazidime and ribavirin are effective in treating children with acute bronchitis, which could shorten hospitalization time, relieve clinical symptoms and body signs rapidly.
