摘要:
目的：观察针药结合治疗黄褐斑的临床疗效。方法：将64例黄褐斑患者随机分为治疗组、对照组各32例，治疗组采用针药结合治疗，对照组单纯西药治疗。10天为1个疗程，2组均治疗3个月后观察疗效。结果：治疗组总有效率为93.75%，对照组为68.75%，2组疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：针药结合治疗黄褐斑的疗效优于单纯药物治疗。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe curative effects of acupuncture and herbs in the treatment for chloasma. Method: All 64 patients were randomized into the treatment group and the control group equally. The treatment group accepted the treatment of combined acupuncture with herb and the control group western medicine. Ten days were one course of treatment, and both groups were treated for three months to observe clinical effects. Result: Total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.75%, higher than 68.75% of the control group, the difference had statistical meaning in clinical efficacy (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Clinical efficacy of the combination of acupuncture and herb is superior to that of the medicine only for chloasma.
